My service guy was great. But, I was mis-led on my tire service. I was advised that rotation was included with my service purchace. But, when I came in to have them rotated. Shockingly, it was not included.

I would give Alex Ro 6 stars…. But they only give me 5. Alex got my vehicle done quick

Jonathan Quiles was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us the vehicle we were looking for and explained a lot of the features. My only complaint with this dealership is they preinstall lojack and permacoat on all the vehicles. This was a 2000, non-negotiable fee that is added on to the price. If it is preinstalled then it should be included in the price, right? So whatever price is listed, add that 2k and see if the vehicle is still worth it. That part felt very slimy.

We just had another great experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota. Scooter Lavancher found the exact truck that I was looking for and had it ready to show and drive before we arrived 30 minutes later. He worked a perfect deal with us and the process was ridiculously easy - exactly as he did when I took my son there to buy his first car 4 years ago. Scott and everyone I’ve encountered there have been awesome to work with, professional and knowledgeable. Simply the best!

Was greeted and attended to quickly and with a nice attitude. Mason ( the service person) was polite and attentive. I made an appointment and was in and out within one hour.

My Prius was towed to Wesley Chapel Toyota with a major mechanical issue early Labor morning. I was on the road home from Upstate New York to St. Pete, so a bit stranded. My service rep, Joseph DiDio, saw to it that the problem was quickly diagnosed and my options laid out. He made sure that my extended warranty was activated and applied and that the top mechanic on site tended to my challenging repair. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
