He made my experience smooth and stress-free while helping me find the right vehicle for me. He took the time to explain everything and walked me through the entire deal breakdown before handing me over to the Finance Department. I also want to give a big thank you to Santiago for making the financial process easy, smooth, and understandable. He made sure I understood what I was signing and took the time to answer my questions.
