We had a wonderful experience car buying yesterday at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Our appointment with Keith Rivera was genuinely like hanging out with a good friend. Easy conversation that did not always focus on the car but us as people. From test drive, to numbers, and finally signing the paperwork with Finance Manager Aiman Sabbah, the process took 3 hours on a Wednesday evening. Left with an amazing car and a dealership that will be recommended.

I had such a great experience working with Jack while purchasing my new Toyota Grand Highlander! Car buying can sometimes feel a little stressful and overwhelming, especially when you don’t know all the car terminology, but Jack made the entire process so easy and comfortable. He really listened to what I wanted — including my very important requirement that the car be CUTE 😂 — and truly helped make my car dreams come true! He was patient, never made me feel silly for asking questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I picked up the car, Jack even took the time to give me a full tutorial and walk me through all of the features so I felt completely comfortable before driving away. I absolutely love my Grand Highlander and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a Toyota, definitely ask for Jack.
