I purchased 2 cars from Wesley Chapel in 2021. This was my first time purchasing a car and having the family maintenance responsibilities since my husband died. I grew up with the mindset that dealership maintenance was always overpriced. I recognized my need to have service that I could trust. I was assigned to several different service techs before I was assigned to Joe Knispel. Game changer. Joe ALWAYS makes me feel valued. ALWAYS... He gently guides me to prioritize my maintenance needs based on my budget. ie.. You need these things done, but if you can't do it all right now, this service is a must have and the others need to be done also, but this one is mandatory. I moved out of the Wesley Chapel area and I now drive almost 2 hours for my service because of My Service Tech. Joe tries to make sure my wait is not long because I come from out of town for service. When I get ready to buy a new car, I will be coming to Wesley Chapel Toyota because of Joe Knispel. Anyone and everyone can be trained and taught skills to get a job done. Not everyone has the people skills to make an impact on a customer that drives loyalty to your business. Joe has that special something. Wesley Chapel Toyota should be proud to have Joe on your team.

I have to say that Joshua was absolutely amazing! He was kind, patient, and very understanding throughout the entire process. He made my experience smooth and stress-free while helping me find the right vehicle for me. He took the time to explain everything and walked me through the entire deal breakdown before handing me over to the Finance Department. I also want to give a big thank you to Santiago for making the financial process easy, smooth, and understandable. He made sure I understood what I was signing and took the time to answer my questions. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the dealership, and I truly appreciate Joshua and Santiago for making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel so easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
