To whom ever is interested if you are trying to avoid sleazy salesmen and avoid being treated like a cash cow do yourself a favor and ask for Yousef Abo El Nasr he is one of the rare salesmen i met that is professional, patient and won’t keep pushing cars that you are not interested in but instead he listens, takes notes of what you are looking for and follows up with you to get you what you are looking for even if you are looking for something low cost he won’t treat you like a throw away but instead give you a treatment as if you are buying their most expensive car so do yourself a favor and ask for Yousef Abo El Nasr you won’t regret it.

We had the absolute best experience here. Quan was our salesperson. We contacted Wesley Chapel from Winter Park. The vehicle we were interested in was exceedingly well-priced so we were afraid someone would buy it right out from under us while we were on our way on Interstate 4. Quan assured us he set the keys aside, and he and the car were waiting for us. Cue the mayhem! On I-4 in the car I was essentially shopping to replace as a commuting vehicle, we experienced tire trouble. The tire wasn’t blown out, but had a massive leak. Multiple cans of Fix-a-Flat and a stop at a Tire Store on the way put us several hours behind our original appointment with the car. We had good communication with the company, and Quan helped keep us calm and reassured he wouldn’t let anyone drive off in the Toyota Camry we wanted until we had a chance to buy it first. When we made it to the dealership it was like reaching the end of a quest! They gave us coffee and comfort and all the info we needed. We bought the car. And the next morning, Quan personally drove it down from Wesley Chapel to Winter Park early enough that I could drive it on my next commute to Disney! We could not be happier with the friendly service and consideration showed to us by this young man and the dealership, itself! I’ve been driving my new car for a few months now, and it is night and day a more enjoyable commute. Thank you!
