Francisco/Alex/Amin I had an excellent experience at Toyota of Wesley Chapel and would highly recommend them. I was honestly nervous about buying a car because my previous experience with a dealership was terrible, but Francisco completely changed that for me. He was calm, friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I had what felt like a million questions, and he took the time to answer every one without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me even more was his customer service after the sale. When I recently realized I had misplaced my license plate and was stressed about what to do, Francisco answered my call right away and was willing to help. It showed me that he genuinely cares about his customers even after they've driven off the lot. I called back in and a different Finance representative Amin (I probably spelled his name wrong) helped me get my license and he was very responsive and helpful. Alex in Finance was equally wonderful. My last experience with a finance manager at another dealership was not positive, so I was apprehensive going into that part of the process. Alex was the complete opposite. She was professional, kind, transparent, and easy to work with. She made everything straightforward and stress free. I even had to go back to her after the sale because I was trying to understand a deal from my previous dealership. She took the time to sit down with me, break down the numbers, explain what I had been charged for, and help me understand where things had gone wrong. She was incredibly patient and helpful, and I truly appreciated her willingness to help with something that wasn't even related to my purchase at Toyota of Wesley Chapel. From start to finish, the entire experience was positive. If you're looking for a dealership that treats customers with respect and genuinely cares about making the car buying process a good experience, I highly recommend Toyota of Wesley Chapel.
