I recently purchased a used Ford F-150 from Wesley Chapel Toyota and had the pleasure of working with Kelsey. I promised him I would leave a review, and he absolutely deserves a great one. This was actually my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, and going into it I honestly expected the typical stressful dealership experience that you always hear about. My experience with Kelsey was the complete opposite. We discussed and agreed on the numbers before I ever made the trip to the dealership, and when I arrived, Kelsey honored everything exactly as he said he would. There were no surprises, no games, and no pressure. He was straightforward, professional, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to work with from beginning to end. The truck was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and was ready for me when I arrived. Sergio was really a kind and patient salesman. I was honestly shocked/pleasantly surprised. I was very much expecting them to be pushy and annoying but Sergio was really awesome and so easy to work with. If you come to Wesley Chapel Toyota ask for Sergio! I am excited about my car!
