Took a while for anyone to greet us. Was about to leave. The original person we were supposed to meet with was not available. So got a difderent sales person. He did his part. Little communication through the process. Then went to get our tag. Was promised a text the next day about our tag. Didn't happen. That isn't how I do business. Follow up with your customers. 1 star subpar.

They make sure that you understand what all comes with the car and how much it could cost for different things for the car

Lindsay was professional and personable. She listened to my needs, safety concerns, and my financial limits. She honored my time limits and was always respectful. Other staff greeted me, offered me coffee, and were helpful as well. Lindsay would be a helpful and professional person to work with if you need a new/used vehicle.
