Overall good experience, Larry the Sales Rep was excellent, (5 Stars for Larry) low key, personable, very helpful & easy to deal with. Very nice facility and the people I spoke with were all friendly and helpful. Matt the Finance Guy (3 Stars for Matt) was pushy and off-putting, wanted us to buy a very expensive service package, extended warranty, whatever. I passed at the dealership and on the phone. Guess they don’t think much of the product they sell (it was a low mile Lexus).

This is my second RAV 4 that I have purchased from Wesley Chapel Toyota and I cant say enough good things. It starts with my salesman Ness on both purchases was extremely professional and efficient in getting the vehicle I wanted with the smoothest transition. To when I have brought my RAV in for servicing Lisa Calabrese was awesome to deal with , to Courtney Young in the rental department. All exemplary employees and service . Highly recommend.
