I’ve had a great experience with the service department at Wesley Chapel Toyota every time I’ve brought my vehicle in for service. The service has been professional, efficient, and consistent, but one person who really stands out is my service advisor, Amanda Velez. Since the very first time I brought my vehicle in, Amanda has provided excellent customer service. She’s always informative, takes the time to explain what’s being done, and keeps me updated throughout the service process. I never feel like I’m left wondering what’s going on with my vehicle or what I’m being charged for. Because of the great service she has consistently provided, I now make sure to request Amanda whenever I bring my vehicle in. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely makes the service experience much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota, and especially Amanda Velez, if you want someone you can trust to take care of your vehicle!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota, and I especially want to thank Jorge for all of his help. What really stood out was that Jorge was actually out of town during the process, but he still went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Nicole Watkins gave excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful in making sure all repairs were completed within our budget.
