I was assisted by Kush Patel, who is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and possesses exceptional customer service skills. I felt like someone was genuinely trying to help me find the vehicle I wanted and needed, and that is exactly what I got. The gentleman in finance was also excellent. Overall, it was a seamless and satisfying experience.

I have purchased several vehicles from Wesley Chapel Toyota and have always had professional service. To be honest my truck I purchased on 1-25-25 did not go so well. After posting a not so good review I deleted that review after speaking with the Sales Manager Michael Haake. He treated my concerns as valid and is making it right. Also my old sales guy Mike Brockway retired and truly missed. So I highly recommend Ness. He is taking Mike's place and worked with Mike for 4 years. I wish I would of know that last month on the 25th but he is now taking care of my deal and all deals I will be doing in future. Again Thanks Mr. Haake and Ness for making my experience excellent again.
