Easily the best car buying experience at a dealership I have ever experienced. No high pressure tactics, no over selling me, just an actual good time shopping for a car. Kelsey answered every question we had and got us the car we wanted. No overblown sales tactics. He was down to earth and showed us all the features our new car had that I never even knew about. Alex walked us through the paperwork process quickly and efficiently. He was able to explain everything we didn't understand and helped us feel comfortable during the process. Sales manager even dropped by to ensure the process was going smoothly, even though he was a little under the weather. We didn't make it to the dealership until later in the evening due to time constraints, but Kelsey and Alex stayed very late to help us out. Even the detail crew stayed to make sure our new Toyota was spotless. Thank you to everyone who helped with the process of buying a new car at Wesley Chapel Toyota.
