I went in to Wesley Chapel Toyota just to check out the trade-in value for my current car, as well as see what kind of deal they would make on a new Camry. I worked with Breanna Snyder, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about Toyota's inventory and their vehicle's various features. She also secured a great deal! The sale was not finalized due to my own financial circumstances, but I am very interested in going back and working with Breanna in the future.

I recently had a bad finance experience with a past purchase at Wesley Chapel Toyota which was for my wife’s 2017 Honda Pilot. So I decided to contact the general manager Joe Barza to let him know about my problem. I had been in an accident recently as my was car was totaled so I had a real dilemma in trying to find a replacement car of my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Joe was completely understanding and apologetic about the entire situation and really wanted to help. So I decided to give Wesley Chapel Toyota a second chance. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Joe and he assigned a top sales professional Aubrey to take over my situation. They were extremely busy and Aubrey was professional the entire time. I decided to test drive the cars that were needed to make a good decision by purchasing a 2018 RAV4 XLE. I was met with a fair honest price that allowed me to move forward quickly. Once I gave Aubrey the greenlight to go ahead with the purchase of the car he quickly moved me through the rigorous process from sales to finance. I have to say this entire process normally is the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. Joe, Aubrey, and my financial expert Daniel made this a painless process as it was a pleasure to do business with Wesley Chapel Toyota. I now have a car that I’m happy with completely. I can honestly say this is the first time I felt that I was treated fairly since my past purchase of The Rogue. WC Toyota has regained my trust and I will now recommend friends and family.

Since moving to Florida I’ve used Wesley Chapel Toyota for maintenance on our leased 2017 Highlander and have had a good experience both times. They do try to push the most, obviously, but when I expressed my wishes to my technician, he was very respectful and customer focused. Regrettably, however, I, and everyone in the very nice waiting area, had to witness a ridiculously high pressure salesman push a couple so far he eventually had to apologize to them. Seriously? Does the dealership want this type of rude service practice in their otherwise well-run dealership. Send that guy on his way.
