Jason was our salesman. We called in ahead of time to ask about the cars we were interested in. When we arrived he had all the cars we talked about ready for us to view. He also had no problem showing us other cars we asked about while at the dealership. Excellent service.
I worked with Reggie S. and he’s the man! He took us around the lot to look at a few different vehicles and we ultimately settled on a pre owned Honda pilot. The process was smooth from start to finish and we actually had fun and plenty of laughs car shopping. If you see anything you like new or used make sure to ask for Reggie and tell him I sent you!

Possibly the best car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. Noah and Ali took excellent care of me and I feel that I received a very good deal! In addition, Noah delivered my vehicle due to a timing issue and took my trade-in back to the dealership for me, even though it’s 40 minutes North! Then; Noah came back later in the evening to drop off some screws for the lic plate. This level of service is unprecedented and greatly appreciated. I will only shop at Wesley Chapel Toyota in the future, and I will be recommending them to everyone!!!

Sergio was great! I was buying my first car and he made the whole process from start to finish easy. The night before buying we contacted him with some cars we were interested in. When we got in, he steered us away from those due to maintenance problems and helped come up with a solution. If you are looking for a Toyota and are in the Wesley Chapel area, I highly recommend going.
