I love going to Wesley chapel Toyota. I drive all the way from New Port Richey although there is one near where I live cause at WCT the service is that great and I love seeing Sandi at the service center. I know that I can trust her with my car and I won't get ripped off. Everyone is very nice and puts their customers first!

This is my second car/purchase through Michael Grega and Wesley Chapel and I couldn't be happier and more appreciative than I am now of the hard work, quick response and empathy that was shown to me. I was involved in a car accident, and pretty shooken up. Michael immediately reached out, to find out how I was and to offer assistance because he knew there was a process ahead for me. Michael worked quickly and efficiently to get in touch with Kelley in finance to assist me with the mountain of paperwork I was going to need for my insurances, etc. Within 24 hours, Kelley had emailed me all the papers I needed and got in touch with me about the process and to also offer her condolences as the car that I lost was my dream car. Because of Michaels communication and Kelleys quick response I literally got my items needed done which lessened my stress and made for me to actually breathe a sigh of relief. There was no pressure to purchase a new car, but Michael knew I needed it, and assured me when I was ready he would be willing to help me. Because of the great customer service from Kelley and Michael I knew I wasnt going to go anywhere else but to Wesley Chapel. Because of this ease I was ready for my new car and due to living an hour away I contacted Michael and he did what he does best and reassured me of my  chosen car, had the paperwork ready and made the process, again, seamless and stress LESS. I cannot say enough about Michael and wonderful attitude towards his customers, and he has me as a loyal customer for a lifetime, and to have Kelley emmulate that same type of customer service solidified my confidence in Wesley Chapel and their staff. Thank you Kelley and Michael...it meant the world.

I am very introverted and budget conscious. The thought of going car shopping terrified me. Walking up to wesley chapel toyota there was a man standing out front to greet me. In my head I was thinking "here we go". I wanted to leave. But, I am so thankful I stayed and let this man (Waseam) help me. He listened to everything I had to say. Narrowed the search down to a few cars that met all my needs and budget. Was patient with all my indecisiveness. He stayed right in my budget and I never felt like i was being a sold. I just met him that day but I felt like I had a friend helping me. Edwin in finance made a stressful situation fun. This is a great team. I will not buy a car anywhere else.
