I really don't normally enjoy the car-buying process, but Reggie and the staff at WCT made it painless. They were patient in listening to what I wanted...and didn't try to push me higher. I ended up with a certified pre-owned Corolla, which fits my needs and my wallet. I've been to the service department as well (to get scheduled maintenance) and was again surprised at how smooth the process was and how friendly the staff was. This dealership says they want customers for life.....Well, they've got one with me!

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsay, our sales person and Mike H the used car sales manager at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Sienna and Lindsay and Mike H. were on top of everything. Follow up was impeccable, paperwork was easy, and most importantly the atmosphere was professional and friendly. On the day of pick up, Lindsay had the vehicle cleaned and ready we were in and out in less than 30 minutes and Mike stopped over to shake hands and say hello. It seems like a well oiled machine. Definitely recommended.

I recently went to Wesley Chapel Toyota to look at a 2027 Land Cruiser. I was met by a Salesman named Jack Peck. And without going through a bunch of boring details, I drove away in my new Land Cruiser, that day. Initially, I had no inventions on purchasing a vehicle that day. And with very little back-and-forth, Jack sealed the deal and I did not walk away feeling like I was stiff. Jack was very accommodating to make sure that everything was done properly as well as promptly. Jack made it obvious that he was competent in what he was doing with no auto dealer sales pressure. Lastly, I must say that it was a true pleasure working with Jack , And he is definitely a valuable asset to Wesley Chapel Toyota.
