Went to have service on my Camry everyone was very nice and friendly they told me they were bit behind but they do it very quickly I get oil change, tire rotation and air filter change thanks to the team great work

From the first conversation with Diana, to meeting Roberto to discuss the buyback. The process was friendly and fast. They offered a very fair price for the buyback. Everyone was very courteous on the phone; however, something changed when I arrived to pick up my vehicle in person. Service employee Nicole was condescending and rude to me. Lisa was no better. This particular visit was very good. Gracen actually listened to me, took great notes. The technician Paul sent me a video and explained his findings in detail. It all made sense. I saw the problems that need to be addressed. I drove away feeling much better about what's wrong with my car and how to move forward. They were super nice and took very good care of me.
