Amber was wonderful! A great communicator and very conscientious.My only gripe with my experience was with the other customers, neither Toyota of Wesley Chapel nor with Amber. One was yakking away on her phone, her mask dangling from one ear, another had his under his nose and another sat down next to me, completely disregarding social distancing (yes, we were both masked, but two feet away isn't safe). I understand that it would be awkward for Toyota personnel to approach these people and ask them to wear their masks correctly while inside the waiting area for the safety of ...

I went online to the Wesley Chapel Toyota site and they had a car like my wife wanted. When I went to the dealership to get their quote on the car they had added about $3,700.00 in additional items to their online quote .I gave them an out-the- door price excluding these items and they accepted it. Our overall experience was good. Our sales person Isabel was very helpful. Be prepared with your out-the-door price that you are willing to pay before you walk into the dealership.
