Moved back to Florida after being away for years, and originally went to Toyota of Tampa Bay (I will not be going back there). I decided to go to Wesley Chapel Toyota, not only because they have great reviews, but I made and assessment of the area and saw more quality. I was not disappointed. They have to be the most organized large dealership I’ve been to, from the moment I drove up to the service bay, and until I paid and got my keys. I went in for what I thought was gonna be warranty work on sensors and the technician did a phenomenal job assessing my car. Honestly, the things he recommended I already knew was coming, for most of them. So that tells me he’s paying attention and being honest. He did a great job on the video provided of his inspection, explaining everything and taking his time (unlike Toyota of Tampa, who speed talks and does a terrible job). I’m pretty mechanically inclined and do a lot of my own work, but because this vehicle is under warranty, I didn’t want to mess with it. I can tell the technician is knowledgeable, upfront and honest. He did not try to over or upsell anything. Well spoken, articulate, clear and detailed. That’s exactly what I expect and makes me feel comfortable with their capabilities knowledge. My technician’s name was Stephen and deserves a good pat on the back. He is largely the reason I will now be at Wesley Chapel Toyota loyal customer. I know a good dealership when I see one, because I’ve had so many bad experiences. You just know when you’ve found a diamond. My advisor Joseph was great. I know he was busy, but he handled everything well. I will be going back to Wesley Chapel Toyota for all my service needs, and eventual future car purchase needs.
