Worked with Maytham to get my vehicle, he was honest and spent the time with me to answer all my questions and take care of everything. I recommend him, and would absolutely work with him again. What the dealership did that bothered me, is they had my car delivered (when I wasnāt home) and then brought it back because they needed more docs from me that could have easily been sent on the spot from my phone, putting an extra 24 miles in my new car. All they needed to do was communicate with me.

My sales person Frankie Sanchez was wonderful he worked with my requests he was kind and respectful. He treated my elderly parents with respect and kindness as well. The assistant service manager, Amanda was pleasant and accommodating. My issue was the fact that it took 7 months after I bought my Sienna to get my 2nd key. Thatās ridiculous. Not acceptable. I donāt think that itās the car dealershipās fault. I believe that itās the fault of the Toyota Company.

None of the scheduled maintenance needed to actually be done so they made up some stuff with two filters which needed changed.
So far so good. Was my first service and Nicole was great. 10,000 mile service and a couple recalls so we will see how it goes over time, but so far it was a great experience.
