I really don't normally enjoy the car-buying process, but Reggie and the staff at WCT made it painless. They were patient in listening to what I wanted...and didn't try to push me higher. I ended up with a certified pre-owned Corolla, which fits my needs and my wallet. Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsay, our sales person and Mike H the used car sales manager at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We purchased a 2018 Toyota Sienna and Lindsay and Mike H. were on top of everything. Follow up was impeccable, paperwork was easy, and most importantly the atmosphere was professional and friendly. Larry Baldwin was a great help when we came in to buy a Corolla. He worked with my fiance to help find me the exact car I wanted while I was at work. Larry was supposed to go home for the day but he came back in to sell me the car after I got off work! Very nice! If you go through the Costco program, be warned that you can't really do a pre-approval with a credit union or anything but it's still a great price and a very easy process. Larry is one of a few salesman that will pop up when you enter your info to the Costco auto website so make sure to ask for him when you go in!

If possible I would give our salesman Julian 10 Stars. The young man went above and beyond to help us yesterday in the purchase of a beautiful Jeep.
