I was very impressed with the service of Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was able to get a ride home via Lyft free of charge to wait in the convenience of my own space. With a free ride back. They did not have a part they needed, which took an overnight stay for my car and I was offered a free rental for the evening. Nicole, my service rep, was amazing at helping me retrieve things out of my car for the evening and make sure I was completely satisfied with my Visit and service.

My service guy was great. But, I was mis-led on my tire service. I was advised that rotation was included with my service purchace. But, when I came in to have them rotated. Shockingly, it was not included.

I would give Alex Ro 6 stars…. But they only give me 5. Alex got my vehicle done quick

Jonathan Quiles was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us the vehicle we were looking for and explained a lot of the features. My only complaint with this dealership is they preinstall lojack and permacoat on all the vehicles. This was a 2000, non-negotiable fee that is added on to the price. If it is preinstalled then it should be included in the price, right? So whatever price is listed, add that 2k and see if the vehicle is still worth it. That part felt very slimy.

I had my 5K service done here, and it was the best experience so far. While they serviced my car, they arranged a ride for me to the outlet mall. They even texted me a video update on the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to all Toyota owners—very focused on customer service.

We just had another great experience with Wesley Chapel Toyota. Scooter Lavancher found the exact truck that I was looking for and had it ready to show and drive before we arrived 30 minutes later. He worked a perfect deal with us and the process was ridiculously easy - exactly as he did when I took my son there to buy his first car 4 years ago. My service rep, Joseph DiDio, saw to it that the problem was quickly diagnosed and my options laid out. I am the first one to admit that I am picky, impatient, and hard to satisfy, but Jonathan stuck with me and kept on trying to help me find what I wanted regardless of my stubbornness. What I appreciate in an expert salesman, being one myself, is tenaciousness. Johnathan has plenty of it. Even when I gave up, he did not, and kept on sending helpful suggestions my way. Reakwon and Jeff were OUTSTANDING! No BS they showed us what we wanted, then showed us vehicles similar to what we wanted. We selected one made a deal and we were out the door! I am not a fan of car sales but this was painless and I HIGHLY recommend these guys!
